Service Description

We run approximately every 30 minutes. Times may vary a little due to weather and wind conditions. Arrive approximately 30 minutes before your time and check in, bring a copy of your reservation to the dock. People typically stay for one to two hours to see everything. Bring water and bug spray there is not typically anything available on the island. There are no refunds for this reservation unless the NWR or UF cancel the Open House or there is a weather cancelation on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please call or email us 48 hours in advance. We will charge you the deposit if you do not change or do not show up. Seahorse Key Drop-off reservations are non-refundable unless there is a weather cancelation for the event. We charge a 5% cancelation fee for all canceled reservations.
